I had never heard of this one. After the Napster debacle, I was hunting fruitlessly for a replacement, and had tried many. Bearshare looked promising, but failed. Limewire suffered a similar fate. Audiogalaxy just plain blew. I had almost given up, but then you guys pointed this out to me. I tried it that night, and loved it. Thanks guys.

yeah, but don't but keep it to yourself.
We don't want it to suffer the same fate as Napster.

As long as there cheap people like us, there will always be a way around the law... hahahahahahahaaahahahahhahaha (in an evil manner).

I don't quite see how audiogalaxy sucks... It seems to return almost everything I want (and I listen some INCREDIBLY hard to find stuff). I almost always can find stuff, including lesser know stuff like guided by voices, yo la tengo and spoon. And older stuff like Leonard cohen and that ilk. If Audiogalaxy doesn't have what you want you're wierd. It certainly has a better selection of music than one would find in a chain record store. Alternate beatles takes that never made it to an album? They're on there. Obscure free-jazz by john coltrane's WIFE? on there. I'm sort of baffled.
